10 THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE
HAVING YOUR CAR REPAIRED
- Your car is the second largest investment you're likely to make. Preserve its value and your safety by having it repaired professionally.
- Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damages.
- Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your car repaired. You can do this, or you may leave your car at our shop and ask that the insurance company inspect the car here.
- You are not required by law to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal.
- You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop.
- Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all the necessary work. If you're not sure why one estimate is different from another you've received, please ask us.
- Choose a shop that has unibody repair equipment and certified (by I-CAR or ASE, for example) technicians.
- Ask if the shop will be using genuine manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts.
- Ask if the shop offers a repair warranty.
- Let us help you negotiate your claim with the insurance company.
State of the Art Facility:
Construction was completed on Quality Auto Mall's new 7,800 square foot Collision Center in January 2010 at which time we moved our business operations from our former location at Elmwood Ford to our new home.
Customer Parking: 38 stalls
Storage: Room for 20 vehicles
Office Space: Office for adjusters' use as needed
Conference Room: available in the main dealership building for Insurance Company use as needed.
Management Team:
Jeff Swinarsky remains the Body Shop Manager. With over 30 years in the industry Jeff's experience includes auto body paint and supplies sales, Class A repair technician and a background in information technology.
John Borst is our newest addition. John also has over 30 years industry experience as an Area Manager for Ford Motor Company Vehicle Remarketing, Claims Adjuster for Ford Motor Credit Insurance Operations and Assistant Body Shop Manager at Elmwood Ford.

Customer Lounge: A clean and comfortable customer waiting lounge with free Wi-Fi and customer only rest room facilities.
Easy To Get To: Accessible from Route 17 North and Route 17 South at the Highland Cross traffic light in Rutherford, NJ (first traffic light north of Route 3). Convenient access to Route 3, Route 17, NJ Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, Route 21 and Route 46.

Color Matching Paint System:
Standox paint mixing system with self contained mixing room.
Clean State of the Art Facility:
